Working Mechanism
* Foeniculi Fructus has 50-60% contents of anenol, limonen, pinena, felandren and anisaldehid. This fruit is known as cough-medicine, good for sprue and sore throat, also has special activity as anti-microbes. Its fresh taste helps a lot in reducing mouth smell.
* The active compounds of Glycirrhiza Radix are glycyrrhizine, saponins, liquirine, glycosides, asparagine, and liquiritae acid. Glycyrrhizine as the main compound works to accelerate mucus secretion from throat.
* Menthae Herba, the leaves and buds of the herb Mentha Javanica Familia Lamiaceae, have a fresh unique aroma, strong taste and cooling effect. Besides its unique taste, menthae able to relieve sore throat and mild cough. |
